As u grow ... errr .... lebih matured, kita kenala be more health conscious. kalau boleh, try to minimisekan taking pils. So. i try to cari bende bende yg boleh dibuat sendiri. Kononnya lebih natural.

nila rupa buah dia... kan slalu nampak kat pasar malam kan ... Pernah la makan . 
ok, now its the daun..

do you know that daun dia lagiiii banyak khasiat!!

Firstly ...

What happens when we drink water first?

  • It is important that the water has nothing in it so that is passes through right away. If it contains anything at all, it will stay in your stomach up to one hour so that does not work well.

  • Drink warm or hot water as it is gentler on the empty stomach.

  • 2 – 3 glasses of water after waking up – helps activate internal organs.

  • 1 glass of water before going to bed – avoids stroke or heart attack.

12. Lemons have powerful antibacterial properties; experiments have found the juice of lemons destroy the bacteria of malaria, cholera, diphtheria, typhoid and other deadly diseases.
13. Blood vessels are strengthened by the Vitamin P in lemon thus prevents internal haemorrhage. Also, making it useful in treating high blood pressure.
14. The symptoms of eye disorders, including diabetic retinopathy have been shown in research to improve due to the Rutin, found in lemons.
15. Lemons contain 22 anti-cancer compounds, including naturally occurring limonene; oil which slows or halts the growth of cancer tumors in animals and flavonol glycosides which stop cell division in cancer cells.
16. The lemon is the ONLY food in the world that is Anionic (it’s electron has a negative charge). All other foods are cationic (it’s outer electron has positive charge.) This makes it extremely useful to health as it is the interaction between anions and cations that ultimately provides all cell energy.
