Mulberry ini dikatakan berkhasiat dan sering digunakan untuk mengubati pelbagai jenis penyakit. Ia boleh dimakan segar atau dibuat jem. Ianya baik untuk pengaliran darah, elok untuk buah pinggang dan merawat masalah lemah, keletihan, anemia dan masalah rambut beruban. Malah jus Mulberry dikatakan bagus untuk merawat masalah sembelit dan pening. Daun Mulberi pula boleh dikeringkan dan dijadikan teh yang juga mempunyai beberapa khasiat untuk mengubati batuk, selsema demam panas dan menurunkan tekanan darah. Juga elok untuk merawat penyakit darah tinggi dan kencing manis.

on another note, i was working today ... so dok kat opis. Then, went dating ngan Mr papa kat .... 1-Utama.
Berjaya mengoda Mr papa beli .... shoes from "Skechers"... rege rmXXX.00 !! Susah taw, nak suruh Mr papa ni shopping... anything above rm9.99 ... dia kate "mahe tuuuu!!!" Seluo RM50 hengget lebey pun ... dia pikir 5/6 kali ....
Lebey kurang cam ni .... look at the the tapak... tebal tuuu ... X berat pun, ringan aje ... Kalau jogging pakai kasut ni, musti laju giler ...macam 6million dollar mannnn.... Do you know that .... "... These Skechers Shoes are designed to strengthen the back, abdomen, calf

But .....is ONE hour .... enough ???
Tau tak, that Earth Hour was inspired by a demonstration in Sydney, Australia on March 31, 2007.
The goal, is to inspire people to reduce their energy consumption every day, not by sitting in the dark for an hour each night. Here are a few steps which we can take :-
1. Turn off your television, video, charges, playstation, and other devices when they are not being used.
2. Do not leave your television etc in standby mode. Devices can use up to 90% as much power in standby mode as when they are on, so it is a serious waste of energy when a device is left constantly on standby.
3. Replace all of your inefficient incandescent light bulbs with energy efficient bulbs. Replace halogen spotlights with much more efficient and longer lasting LED Spotlights.
4. Turn off the water when you are brushing your teeth and take shorter showers. This will not only save water, but it will also save the electricity that it takes to pump and heat the water.
5. Use a microwave to reheat food or to cook small portions. Although a microwave uses a lot of power, it does so over a very short time and so saves energy overall.
6. Keep your fridge full, but not so full that air cannot circulate properly.
7. Decide what you want from the refrigerator or freezer before you open them so you don’t waste electricity by standing there looking inside and keeping the door open.
8. Cool cooked food before you put it into the fridge.
9. Do not put uncovered liquids into the fridge. Their evaporation will make the fridge have to work harder.
10. Heat only as much water as you require for drinks and cooking. If you keep forgetting, purchase an energy efficient eco kettle.
11. Use a convection oven. A small fan inside circulates hot air throughout the oven cutting cooking times by up to 30%.
12. Don't keep opening the oven door. Every time you do so, your oven loses 20°C of heat.
13. Put lamps in the corner of a room so that the light is reflected off two walls.
