i WANT ....

to kecikkan my perut  ....


so started this routine yester petang ...
aaarghh ... da sakit sakit da badan ...
Baru ... 15 minits jer pun ...

i want to try this every day ... err morning be4 going to work ... 
So kena bangun awai la esok ... ok ... Kul 5am ... 
Untuk perut kuh ini ...

Lepas balik keje, before anto kakak tusyen ....  twice a week ... 


Tried this one jas naw ... 15 minit jer dah pancit !!!


As of today, ... my
>> pinggang is 35"
