demam daa


Memang demam pun dah masuk 3,4 hari ni! Asal masuk malam je, mula rase dedor (sape orang perak pahamle) sampai ke pagi Pepagi pun paneh badan sampai berayo ayo mate niii Paneh kat dalam.. Tapi ari ni rase dah kurang sket.
Sebenonye, bukan nak citer pasal teman ni demam tapi temam ni da kena demam roti!!!
Kan ari sabtu ari tu temannye Mr Asben belikan teman breadmaker yg teman dok merengek tu ni tengah dok hari hari mencari resepi wat roti kat makcik google nih.

Ape yg teman udoh wat . Mmmm..

Ahad  ~ Simple White Bread
Senin  ~ tak de
Selase  ~ Custard Raisin Bread (yang ni amek dri blog mamafami. Seeedaaaaap sangaaat! Mesti cuba tau.)

Bread                                         Custard Cream
200g bread flour                           2 egg yolks
20g sugar                                     40g sugar
3g salt                                          20g flour
140g milk                                     150g fresh milk
3g (3/4 tsp) yeast                          20g butter
20g butter                                     1 teaspoon Vanilla essence
Filling
80g raisin               }soaked          Apricot jam for glazing (I just brush with butter)
2 tbsp orange juice }
 
For Bread
Campak sume dalam BM
Custard cream
1. Put egg yolks, flour and sugar in a pan, whisk together.
2. Pour the milk into a microwavable cup and heat for 1 1/2 minutes.
3. Gradually pour the hot milk into the yolk mixture, whisk all the time until all  milk is used.
4. Put the pan over low heat, whisk all the time until the mixture thickens.
5. Remove the pan from heat and add in butter into the custard, stir to combine.
6. Add vanilla essence and stir. Set aside to cool
To assemble :
1. Roll the dough into a rectangle about 1 cm thick.
2. Spread the custard cream on top of the rolled dough.
3. Sprinkle the raisin over the custard.
4. Roll up the dough as you would a Swiss roll.
5. Cut into 8 pieces and place in the foil cup, leave to prove under a towel for about 30 minutes.
6. Bake the bread in a preheated oven at 180 C for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.
7. Brush with a bit of butter as soon as the bread is out of the oven


Rabu  ~ Roti Sosej (yang ni, mmm tak ingat amek dari mana, main salin jek kat opih tadi, nak balik dah, printer lak jamm!!)

190ml air
400gm tepung roti
5 sudu besar gula
1 sudu kecil garam
2 sudu besar susu tepung
1 biji telur ayam
2 sudu kecil yis
60gm butter
Sosej yang mencukupi (direbus terlebih dahulu)
~ Campak sume dalam BM …. (hehehe ... memang senang banget!!)

Khamis  ~ Roti cokelat (yang ni, pakai resepi yg atas ni ... tapi sya2 kate 'tak sedap sangat la mama' Kali ni campak choc chip ...mase dia tngah menguli. Jadi lembik sket roti ni! Jangan folo main campak yek)


Jumaat ~ Pizza Rolls (ni, x hingat amet kat ne ... main print je tadi)



200ml water
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
2 1/2 cups bread flour
1 3/4 tsp yeast
Masuk dalam BM...
Inti dia ... sosej, carots, bawang sket... sempoi jek!!

roti


Kan semalam beli breadmaker, apa lagi, hari try buat roti la … Lamanye nak menunggu !! 3 jam!! Kalau yg biase tu .. x sampai 5 minit da siap. Beli kat 7eleven la. Baunye …mak aai… sedap sungguh. Kalau ade perfume bau roti, memang I beli … hahahaha.
So petang ni we had tea and our very own homemade bread….. Bangga uuu!!
Resepi is from the manual book. Ikut peraturan dulu … pas ni baru la pandai nak tambah ngan bende2 laen.. ye tak.

Homemade White Bread

245ml air
1tbsp minyak sayuran
1tbsp susu tepung
1tsp garam
2tsp gula
350gm tepung roti
1 ½ yeast
~ Campak sume dalm bekas dia, then tekan ON. Pastu tunggu 3 jam....

Seedaap, makan ngan jem roselle wif kopi.

Minggu ni macam kena panah aar … panah ?? panah cinta??  Bukan, panah kerajinan sket … petang semalam, I tried to buat homemade chocolate …. Taapiiiii, >>> result …. X jadi!! Tapi, boleh makan la. Bebudak ni belasah aje.

Homemade Chocolate

125g shortening
125g gula icing
6 sudu makan serbuk koko
4 sudu makan susu tepung  
Secubit garam
~ Ayak gula icing, serbuk koko, tepung dan garam.
~ Cairkan shortening di dalam periuk dengan api yang kecil.
~ Kemudian masukkan bahan yang diayak tadi. Gaul sehingga sebati.
~Tutup api dan tuangkan cairan koko tadi ke dalam bekas/loyang.
~ Biarkan sejuk dan keras

 ** Nota kaki ayam : x paste gambo laa... sebab x jadik kaaan ... malu aar nak tempek..




 Then, malam lak after dinner ... level of kerajinan masih ade lagi ... Guess i wat ape ... I made marshmallow .... Huhuhuhu... Terkezuut ...??@#?? .. Ya Allah, jangankan uols terkezuut, i puuun... Hahah

Ekceli, dah pernah try wat marshmallow ni, tapi x jadik.
Dis time .... jadiiik uuu... Bangga i ... Adik pun ..." Huiyoo pandainye mama wat marshmallow"" ...huhuhuhu memang pandai kan,  kaaan... :p

Homemade Marshmalow

1 pack Halagel Gelatin
2 cawan gula
160gm light corn syrup (yang ni x jumpe, ganti ngan Golden syrup)
Secubit garam
Vanilla
1/2 cawan icing sugar  } campurkan
1/2 tepung jagung        }
~ Dalam loyang sapu butter, and taburkan gula icing sekeliling.
~ Tuang  1/2 cawan air sejuk  dan gelatin dalam mangkuk, biarkan (gambo#1)
~ Cmpurkan gula, golden syrup, garam, dan masak. Apabila mendidih, biarkan mendidih selama 1-2 minit. (gambo#2,3,4)
~ Tuangkan mixture ke dalam mangkuk berisi gelatin tadi.
~ Pukul selama lebih kurang 15 minit. Campurkan vanilla, dan titik kan pewarna, (kalo suka aar). Biarkan sejuk, lebih kurang 8 jam o tinggalkan overnight.

** k, sampai kat cni.. udah maleh nak trnslate dah ... >  Lift marshmallow from the pan in one single sheet, placing it face down on cornstarch-sugar mixture. Use a lightly greased scissor to cut marshmallow, dusting edges of hearts as you go with more of remaining cornstarch-sugar mixture to prevent them from sticking. Marshmallows will keep in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week.

** Nota kaki ayam ... resepi ni maniiiis sesangat!! So kurangkan sket gula tu. Dari 2 cawan, wat 1+1/3 kut ... cubala ... seeedap!!

da dapat ...


Tadi, we went to the Maybank Treats Fair kat MidValley. Kiteorg ni jarang jarang skali jalan kat Midvalley ni. Kali ni kira second timela... berpusing cari ... akhirnye sampai gak ...

Punyala ramai org nak redeem points ... Kita org dapat la redeem barang tuk papa ... tapi, yg best sesangat ... Dapat bende yg i idamkan ... ingatkan dapat bonus baru nak beli ... tapi papa da bagi ... tengkiu papa ... luv uuuu... muuuaaahhh


Papa redeem jam & travelling bag ... Beg baru nak jenjalan .. Yeay!!! tengok tu, punyala ramai orang..  Bag pun boleh habis stok !! Esok lak kena datang, x payah ... amek yang lain ajela ..

Lepas ni, boleh wat roti sendiri ... mesti seedap kaan
