demam daa


Memang demam pun dah masuk 3,4 hari ni! Asal masuk malam je, mula rase dedor (sape orang perak pahamle) sampai ke pagi Pepagi pun paneh badan sampai berayo ayo mate niii Paneh kat dalam.. Tapi ari ni rase dah kurang sket.
Sebenonye, bukan nak citer pasal teman ni demam tapi temam ni da kena demam roti!!!
Kan ari sabtu ari tu temannye Mr Asben belikan teman breadmaker yg teman dok merengek tu ni tengah dok hari hari mencari resepi wat roti kat makcik google nih.

Ape yg teman udoh wat . Mmmm..

Ahad  ~ Simple White Bread
Senin  ~ tak de
Selase  ~ Custard Raisin Bread (yang ni amek dri blog mamafami. Seeedaaaaap sangaaat! Mesti cuba tau.)

Bread                                         Custard Cream
200g bread flour                           2 egg yolks
20g sugar                                     40g sugar
3g salt                                          20g flour
140g milk                                     150g fresh milk
3g (3/4 tsp) yeast                          20g butter
20g butter                                     1 teaspoon Vanilla essence
Filling
80g raisin               }soaked          Apricot jam for glazing (I just brush with butter)
2 tbsp orange juice }
 
For Bread
Campak sume dalam BM
Custard cream
1. Put egg yolks, flour and sugar in a pan, whisk together.
2. Pour the milk into a microwavable cup and heat for 1 1/2 minutes.
3. Gradually pour the hot milk into the yolk mixture, whisk all the time until all  milk is used.
4. Put the pan over low heat, whisk all the time until the mixture thickens.
5. Remove the pan from heat and add in butter into the custard, stir to combine.
6. Add vanilla essence and stir. Set aside to cool
To assemble :
1. Roll the dough into a rectangle about 1 cm thick.
2. Spread the custard cream on top of the rolled dough.
3. Sprinkle the raisin over the custard.
4. Roll up the dough as you would a Swiss roll.
5. Cut into 8 pieces and place in the foil cup, leave to prove under a towel for about 30 minutes.
6. Bake the bread in a preheated oven at 180 C for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.
7. Brush with a bit of butter as soon as the bread is out of the oven


Rabu  ~ Roti Sosej (yang ni, mmm tak ingat amek dari mana, main salin jek kat opih tadi, nak balik dah, printer lak jamm!!)

190ml air
400gm tepung roti
5 sudu besar gula
1 sudu kecil garam
2 sudu besar susu tepung
1 biji telur ayam
2 sudu kecil yis
60gm butter
Sosej yang mencukupi (direbus terlebih dahulu)
~ Campak sume dalam BM …. (hehehe ... memang senang banget!!)

Khamis  ~ Roti cokelat (yang ni, pakai resepi yg atas ni ... tapi sya2 kate 'tak sedap sangat la mama' Kali ni campak choc chip ...mase dia tngah menguli. Jadi lembik sket roti ni! Jangan folo main campak yek)


Jumaat ~ Pizza Rolls (ni, x hingat amet kat ne ... main print je tadi)



200ml water
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
2 1/2 cups bread flour
1 3/4 tsp yeast
Masuk dalam BM...
Inti dia ... sosej, carots, bawang sket... sempoi jek!!



Itew aje ... marathon roti ...
