Tarts...

 
Ari ni... selain dari Hari Malaysia (16.09.2011), is also Hari Tart Sedonia ... Donia kat umah ni ajela...



Ekcelinya..., masa nak raya ari tu, ade wat ngan bibik tart shells ni. Tapi x sempat nak wat the cis filling. So, ari ni ade masaalah kerajinan lak. So, buatla..


# 1 = Lemon tart.
Pakai resepi tart biase tu, cuma google for Lemon filling resepi. Got it from Nigella.com



Lemon Filling

1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter
2 large eggs
3 large egg yolks
3/4 cup fresh lemon juice
3/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
~ Melt butter over a double boiler.
~  In a bowl over a double boiler, whisk the eggs and egg yolks just long enough to warm them. Remove from heat and beat in the butter mixture, then the lemon juice. Strain the mixture through a sieve into a clean bowl and place over the simmering water. Add the sugar and zest and whisk until warm to touch, about 4 minutes.

Assemble the Tart

~ Pour the lemon curd into the crust and bake at 350°F for 25 minutes or until set in the middle. Let cool on a rack. Garnish


# 2 = Cheese tart.


CHEESE TART
bahan A:-                                             bahan B:-
200gm butter                                       1 biji telur
100gm gula aising
1/4 sudu teh esen vanilla
bahan C:-
420gm tepung
1 sudu besar susu tepung
~ putar A hingga lembut. tambahkan B n putar lagi hingga gebu.masukkan C n gaul sebati. tekan dalam acuan tart, cucuk2 permukaan ngan garfu n bakar pada 190'c selama 15min.

Filling:-

250gm cream cheese                           1 biji telur
50gm gula
25gm butter
bahan C:-                                             bahan D:-
25gm whipping cream                         20gm tepung

~ pukul A hingga licin n gebu. masukkan B n pukul sebati. tambah C n pukul sebati. masukkan D n campur rata. tuang dalam kulit pastry tadi, letak sedikit blueberry filling n bentuk corak sedikit. bakar pada 200'c selama 10-12min.

# 3 = Cheese tart wif chocolate crust ... resepi ... eemm mana ntah pakai tulih ateh kertas jer...

# 4 = Caramel tart... filling is Dulche d Leche  n chocolate yg d meltkan... can refer here
Adik ni.. rajin sket ke dapor ... tolong tolong... tp byak yg tolong rase... tolong tengok... Bila time kemas... dia tolong larikan diri ...





Aiiik?? Makan sampai berkerut dahi ... Sedaaap sangat la yee... Sabo kak, ade bayak lagi kat dapor tu ... ok.
