NASI SERAI yg di kopipes dari sini 2 cawan
beras – saya guna beras basmathi
1/2 labu bawang holland ~ didadu kecil
3 ulas bawang putih ~ ditumbuk
2 helai daun pandan
1 batang kayu manis
5 kuntum bunga cengkih
3 biji buah pelaga
1 kuntum bunga lawang
5 btg serai – dititik/ketuk
1/2 kiub pati ayam
garam
air secukupnya
2 sudu besar minyak sapi
1.Panaskan minyak sapi dan masukkan bawang besar
dan daun pandan.
2.Goreng hingga bawang layu dan wangi, masukkan bawang
putih, kulit kayu manis, cengkih, buah pelaga dan bunga lawang.
3.Masukkan serai.
4.Goreng lg hingga wangi dan masukkan beras.
5.Kacau2 sekejap dan masukkan air secukupnya.
6.Masukkan kiub pati ayam dan garam.
7.Kacau sedikit hingga semua sebati dan masak lah
sehingga nasi masak

Chocolate Caramel Brownie 3/4 cup of All
Purpose Flour
¾ cup of Cocoa Powder ½ cup of Unsalted Butter 1 cup of Granulated Sugar 3 Eggs ¼ tsp of Salt 2 tsp of Vanilla Essence 1 cup of Chopped Walnuts 1 cup of White Chocolate Chips 1 cup of Semisweet Chocolate Chips 2/3 cup of Caramel Sauce ½ tsp of Instant Espresso Powder
1) Preheat the oven to 350 degrees, grease a 8 inch square baking pan
and line it with parchment paper, set aside. 2) In a small bowl, combine the flour, cocoa,
salt and instant espresso powder, set aside. 3) In the bowl of an electric mixer cream
together the butter and sugar, add the eggs and vanilla and mix well. 4) Add in the dry ingredients and mix just
enough to incorporate the dry ingredients in well. 5) Reserve 1 cup of the batter and set aside.
Spread the remaining batter into the bottom of the prepared baking dish,
sprinkle the walnuts and white chocolate chips evenly over the batter, drizzle
the caramel sauce on top of that. 6) Add the semisweet chocolate chips to the
remaining 1 cup of batter, then spread this mixture all over the top of the
caramel. 7) Bake the brownies for about 30 minutes. Let
them cool completely then serve!
But, x letak pun chocolate chips sbb x ade stock kat umah nii, ... no walnuts jugak .... sebab, budak kecik sorang kat umah ni x suka kacang ....

Caramel Sauce
1cup sugar
1/2cup water 3/4cup heavy cream .... teman pakai whip cream 2tbsp unsalted butter Pinch of salt vanilla essence 1) In a non stick
sauce pan combine the sugar and water, cook over medium low heat until the
sugar dissolves without stirring ever! Just swirl the pan around. Once the sugar
has dissolved, turn the heat to medium high and let it bubble away until it
turns a deep amber color, about 8 to 10 minutes.
2) Turn the heat down to low at this point and add the warm heavy cream slowly.
Be careful because it will bubble vigorously. Keep whisking until everything is
combined and turn the heat off.
3) Add the butter, salt and vanilla and whisk in until the butter melts. Set
aside to cool completely.

Making the caramel sauce ... half portion .... pun dah kira byk tuuu. Lepas ni kena wat suku portion lak.
Tuang the caramel ... Ikut the original resepi, taburla kekacang n choc chips ... Pas tu , buh the second half of the brownie....
Tak sempat nak letak atas pinggan ..... terus kena NGAP!!!

2 sudu besar mentega atau marjerin
Bahan A
1/4 biji bawang besar
2ulas bawang putih, dicincang halus
2 cm halia, dicincang
4 cm kulit kayu manis
3 kuntum bunga cengkih
3 kuntum bunga lawang
3 biji buah pelaga
2 cawan air ( kalau tukar dengan susu sejat ideal lagi sedap)
1 cawan jus oren ( boleh diganti dengan bancuhan kordial sunkist)
3 cawan beras biasa atau beras jasmine atau beras basmathi, basuh dan tos kan.
1 ikat daun pandan
Cara-caranya.
1. Panaskan minyak dan mentega kemudian tumis bahan A hingga wangi, kemudian
masukkan beras dang gaul sebati, kacau selalu dan biarkan sebentar.
2. Selepas itu curahkan beras tadi didalam periuk dan dan masukkan daun pandan
dan kismis serta daun pandan, masak seperti biasa dan akhir sekali masukkan
kacang gajus dan gaul rata.
3. Hias nasi minyak tadi dengan bawang goreng, dan sedia untuk dihidangkan
bersama, lauk sampingan yang lain. Selamat Mencuba.
ok gak rasenye ... Mula tu ... cam was was gak .... pakai jus sunquick ?? Bila makan time tuuuu,
"sedap la mama ... nasi ni" ... terus
-Panaskan minyak dalam periuk (kurang lebih 1/2 cawan). Tumis
bahan2 rempah hingga wangi dan pecah minyak, gunakan api sederhana.
-Masukkan ayam dan gaul rata bersama rempah tadi, biar ayam
kecut sedikit dan masukkan air (kurang lebih 700ml).Renihkan hingga ayam 3/4
empuk, masukkan terung pipit. Masukkan pati santan dan perasakan dgn garam dan
sedikit gula.
-Akhir sekali masukkan cili padi, daun selasih dan jus limau kasturi
tadi. Kacau perlahan2 hingga hingga kuah agak pekat dan boleh dihidangkan.
Saje je , walaupun da tahu ... their prices bukannye murah sangat ... x de jauh beza pun .
